How to order

1. Select products

Please browse our product page and select the product of your choice.

2. Contact our staff for a quotation

Use our contact form to get in contact with our staff, who will provide a quotation.

Please be sure to provide us with the name of the product, the number of units required, the delivery address, your name, and telephone number for the shipping label .

3.Payment

We accept payment in Japanese yen (JPY) or US dollars (USD).

We can accept payment via PayPal (through which you may use a credit card).

We request that the customer bears the cost for handling fees.

If a formal invoice is required, one can be provided upon request.

As soon as payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing the order.

4.Shipment and Delivery

Orders ship from our factory in Japan.

Orders are shipped EMS unless specified otherwise.

Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.
